Dear Preston family, I was so sorry to hear of Scott's passing. I remember him well as he was in my Gr. 8 homeroom class at Emily Carr P.S. Scott was a colourful character! He was energetic, humorous and adventuresome. When his energy level soared, he would ask to go and help Mr. Brown , the custodian, and that pleased both of them . I was also saddened to hear that Matt has passed too. Again, my sincere condolences to you all.

Dear Preston family, I was Scott's Gr. 8 teacher at Emily Carr Public School. He will always be remembered as one of my favourite students because he was such a likeable "character". He never failed to put a smile on my face even after he had created a challenging day for me with his actions!. I was very saddened to hear that you had also lost Matthew earlier. Morgan was also in my homeroom class. Shw was a gifted artist and I hope she is continuing to use her talents. Once again , I am so sorry for your loss. Sincerely Mrs. J. Johnson
