Obituary of Basil Alan Cusack

CUSACK, Basil Alan

Passed away peacefully at LHSC Victoria Hospital on Friday, December 7, 2018 at the age 86.  Cherished father of Stephen Cusack (Leigh Ann) and daughter Sarah Chappell (Michael). Alan was dearly loved by his four grandchildren Michael, Lucas, Bryn and Ronan.  He will be deeply missed by his long time friends and extended family. Predeceased by his loving parents Basil & Leola Cusack and his brother Jack. The family wishes to extend their thanks to the wonderful staff at LHSC Victoria Hospital and special thanks to Dr. Peter Blake and his staff in the Nephrology Unit for their care and compassion.  Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery at a later date.
