Obituary of William Simpson Beattie

Beattie, William (Willie/Bill) 1941-2020 Sadly, but with relief, we announce the death of Willie on Thursday, April 2nd, 2020. Beloved husband of Isla, father of Lynne, Lisa and Fergus (Sandei), dear grandad of Emily and Fiona, and brother of Allan (Jean). He was a proud Scot who, after moving with his young family in 1967 to Canada, became a proud Canadian. Running, darts, fishing, bocce ball and softball were all enjoyed by Willie, along with watching golf, soccer and curling. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
