Obituary of Phyllis Marie Cornish

Phyllis Marie Cornish née Taylor passed away peacefully at Chelsey Park LTC on Monday, May 4th, 2020 . Phyllis was in her 99th year. She was predeceased by her dear husband Robert Cornish (2001). Loving mother of Judy (Terry) Nelligan and Scott (Hilary) Cornish. Beloved grandma of Kerrie Nelligan, Mark (Jenn) Nelligan, Laura Cornish (Ben Featherstone) and Adam (Laura) Cornish. Proud GG of Simon and Maeve Featherstone, Claudia, Annie, Lyla and Zoe Cornish and Carys and Ashlyn Nelligan. Phyllis loved to work with her hands and excelled at painting and numerous crafts. Phyl and Bob had a wonderful life together; dancing at the Stork Club, boating in Sarnia and enjoying many years as snowbirds, during their retirement. We would like to thank the hard working and kind staff at Chelsey Park LTC for their compassionate care over the last few years. Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place in St. Thomas Cemetery at a later date.
