Obituary of Jerry Alvin Smith

Jerry Alvin Smith 1957-2020 It is with great sadness that the Family of Jerry Alvin Smith, announce his passing on Aug 5, 2020 after a lengthy illness. He will be Sadly missed by his Companion and Best Friend Cheryl, Sister Sandra Smith, Son Chris Smith , Daughter Amanda Smith (Mike), Grandson Wesley, as well as Extended Family and Friends. Jerry will be remembered for his humour and compassion as RPN on the Parkwood Hospital, Veterans Care Floors for 38 years. Donations in Jerry's name to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada. Or Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada will be appreciated. Due to current circumstances the service will be private, limited to invitation only at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
