Obituary of Sharon Rose Grawburg

The family of Sharon Grawburg are sad to announce her passing on September 15 in her 65th year after a lengthy battle with ALS. She will be deeply missed by her daughter Monica and her grandchildren Erin and Clayton. Sharon is survived by her parents Earl and Donna Grawburg and siblings Chuck (Marnie), Louise and Linda (Tim) and many cousins and friends.Sharon cared deeply for family and was profoundly sorrowed by the death of her grandson Jordan. Sharon also had a passion for her four legged friends and nurtured rescue dogs, Eli and then Gussie. The family acknowledges and is eternally grateful for the compassionate care and support provided to Sharon by her friend Tom. We also wish to thank the ALS team at LHSC for their professional care for Sharon over the past few months. Cremation has taken place. Sharon was decidedly against any large scale celebration so the family will hold a private remembrance sometime soon.
