Obituary of Joy Elaine Philpott

Unexpectedly at Victoria Hospital in London ON, Joy Elaine Philpott (nee Hickingbottom) passed away. Wife of the late Peter Ralph Philpott (2005) with whom she shared a deep and abiding love. Beloved by her stepdaughter Kelly Philpott, brother Warren (Susanne) Hickingbottom and many cherished friends. Joy served in the administration and leadership of St. Anne's Anglican Church in Byron and was invested in the life and people of her faith community. Joy was a mirror of her name. She was kind, compassionate and quick to laugh. She will be greatly missed. The family wishes to thank the staff of LHSC and LEGO for the care they provided to Joy. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 7th at St. Anne's Anglican Church in London, ON with a reception to follow.
