Obituary of Elizabeth Jacalene Wilson

Jackie passed peacefully, in her 70th year, at St. Joseph’s Hospice of London on Sunday, June 18, 2023. Loving wife of Larry Wilson. Mother of Sandra and Tabitha Coddington and step-mother of Dan and Michael (Donna) Wilson. Survived by her siblings Brenda Mohr (Gary), Patrick Lang (Diane), Dale Lang (Karen Schmidt) and brother-in-law Don Wilson. Deeply missed by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Betty and Jack Lang; sister Debra Thibeault (Lyndon Pfaff) 2017, and sister-in-law Pat Wilson 2003. Thank-you to Donna Parsons-Podutz, Marie Darrach, Lavina Cooper, Sandy Damen, Laurie Kern, Judy Hansen, Winnie Robicheau and Rev. Darrell Schaule for their support. Jackie was a good friend and neighbour to all. She was also a proud Foster Parent to many children for 30 years for the London-Middlesex Children's Aid Society looking after over 78 children. As per Jackie’s wishes, there will be no funeral. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Special thanks to the London Regional Cancer Clinic, Dr. Sanantini, Dr. Parent and all the nurses and staff; as well as the Doctor, nurses and staff at St. Joseph’s Hospice of London, for all your caring comfort and assistance.
