Obituary of Barry David Niles

Unexpectedly, in London on April 3, 2024, our family lost a one-of-a-kind guy, at the age of 75. Adored husband of 54 years to Sharon (nee Calzavara), proud Dad of Cody (Cindy) and Jamie (Erin). He will be missed by his grandkids Brayden & Keara, his brothers Rick (Lynda) and Ted (Gerry, predeceased), as well as several nieces, nephews and the Calzavara family. Predeceased by his mother Mae and father Edward. Those who knew Barry could always count on a story, joke or some tall tale. Barry retired from Ford Talbotville in 2006, and without a doubt made every day in that plant a little more colourful. Barry had a love of fishing and passed that love on to Cody & Jamie. While he spent much of his younger years playing tennis (don’t ask him about pickleball), Barry’s true study & passion became golfing and he hit the course often. He studied the horse races, he studied cookbooks, he studied wildlife, cards, photography, art and dove deep into it all. He was always keen on cars and most recently fast cars. He loved his doggies without limits, and he laughed. Every. Single. Day. Love You Double. Cremation has taken place, a private interment will follow.
