Obituary of Larry Robert Sherrill

Larry Robert Sherrill passed away peacefully May 2, 2024 surrounded by family and friends in his 83rd year from cancer. Beloved husband of the late Janet (Fairley) Sherrill. He will be sadly missed by his sister Nancy (Ray) Noakes, sister in law Ann Sherrill, brother in law Gord Steeves and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents George and Margaret Sherrill, brother George Sherrill and sister Patricia Steeves. Larry was very close to his niece Janet. Her support and care during his illness was exceptional. Special thanks to the Fairley family, and Larry’s friends for reaching out with their love, support and help. Larry worked at the Ford Motor Company Talbotville plant for 30 years and served as a Scout Leader in Thorndale for many years. The family will be forever thankful to Dr. Hamilton and his team for their guidance, support and kindness. At Larry’s request, there will be no funeral or service.
