Dale was my neighbor and was one of the first to welcome me to the city of London when I arrived.He was one of those guys that was seemingly always in a good mood and carried himself with a positive attitude. I'll always remember how welcome he made me feel, especially given that I didn't really know anyone yet. I'm going to miss his smiling face saying hello to me in the halls. I truly wish all of his loved ones all the best during their period of grief.Thanks for being such a great neighbour, Dale, Rest in Peace.
